Keeping Healthy and Fit while Travelling Advice

Ok guys so we all know travelling can be hazardous at times. Many of us take out travel insurance to guard against unknown situations. Myself, I don’t have any… I take more risks than most people do and my experience and savvy have enabled me to do just fine. However, for most of you I recommend you take some kind of insurance. Also, looking after yourself in terms of your daily foods and exercise are extremely important. You are WHAT you eat as the saying goes so I find taking precautions like not eating street food a good safety measure. Even though I have an iron gut stronger than most people; microbes and “bad germs” in my system now from so many years of travelling. Probioticsis an interesting way to keep healthy. Honestly since I practiced these precautions there has not been any serious “Delhi Belly incidents” 😉
Another area I will touch on is keeping your body in shape, regular exercise is the key. From weight training, stretching to having a sex partner it can all benefit you while travelling. I am currently travelling in Asia specifically Thailand so enjoy Thai massages while uses pressure techniques and joint easing as a way to relax and also give the body a workout.
